Dilapidations relate to disrepair of properties and simply put are the maintenance and repairs required during and at the end of the lease.

The majority of dilapidation claims relate to commercial premises. Landlords usually seek to enforce the tenants repairing obligations under the lease.
Here’s a photo taken today on a commercial property that Foursquare have been instructed on to put back to its original state ready for the next tenant.

‘When I started 5 years ago, it was as an 'Admin Assistant' and there were only 3 of us in the office and only Martin delivering things.
It’s been fantastic to see both the team and the business grow, especially seeing Foursquare undertaking more and more amazing projects.
While I started as a general admin assistant, my role has grown over the years and I've been involved in sales & order processing, accounts, health and safety admin, office management and all sorts of other little things in-between.
I love the fact that no two days are the same and I really enjoy seeing projects evolve from a quotation on a sheet of paper to final completion.’
