NEW PROJECT – FULL-SCALE HMO DEVELOPMENT STARTING NOW!
We’re excited to kick off another major project – a complete transformation of a property into a 6 en-suite HMO development!
This is not just a standard renovation – it’s a full-scale refurbishment and reconfiguration that will completely reshape the property and give it a new purpose, new life, and a new standard.
Scope of works includes:
We’ve got a big and ambitious schedule ahead of us:
• full demolition works to strip the property back and prepare for a new layout
• complete internal reconfiguration to create an efficient HMO layout
• installation of 6 modern en-suite bathrooms, designed for comfort and practicality
• full upgrade of internal structures, layouts, and building systems
• external refurbishment works, including full façade improvements
• garden redesign and landscaping to create a functional and appealing outdoor space
• full furnishing of the property, including sourcing and purchasing all furniture and fittings

Timeline:
We are estimating approximately 4 months of intensive works to complete the full transformation from start to finish.
Full end-to-end delivery:
This is a fully managed investment project, delivered 100% in-house. We are responsible for every stage – from the full refurbishment works through to furnishing the property, including sourcing and purchasing all furniture for the project.
This level of involvement means the investor has completely entrusted the property into our hands, allowing us to take full control of the process and deliver a turnkey HMO solution from start to finish.
