A fabulous double extension on this local property.

A beautiful master suite created upstairs with a high end bathroom to match.

Along with an absolute show stopper of a kitchen diner that was created in the place of the old Consevertory, with a bespoke kitchen and utility room from a local company Thomas Howie kitchens, no detail has been missed from the lighting to the floor this space has the WOW factor.

Custom windows fitted throughout with extra high sliding glass doors for that inside outside living the family wanted.

Too many details to name but the pictures speak for themselves.

Another high end project delivered on budget and on time and the customer left with a space that they will entertain in for years to come.

Concrete and asbestos garage dismantled and removed…

Brick built replacement with fully insulated summer room.

Large dormer loft conversion in birkdale.

Complete with master suite including a stunning ensuite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, plus his and hers walk-in wardrobes. French doors with a Juliet balcony were also installed to give maximum light.

An additional guest room was also created at the front with velux window and plenty of storage to the eves so no space went unused.

A new staircase was fitted with matching handrail and spindles to the existing set and fire doors fitted throughout.

The back roof was completely stripped and renewed including renovation of the existing chimney stack and all new lead work,

All new electrics wired from the fuse board.

New plumbing throughout including removal of a tank fed system with the customer preferring a combi system in its place.

All completed and ready to use in around 12 weeks.

Structural alterations carried out on this formby property.

Replacement galvanised lintles above the windows where the old ones had failed.

New opening made in the brickwork and new black Aluminium windows and doors fitted courtesy of Paul at Burscough bifolds

The inside was lined out with oak boards & incorporated a window seat so the homeowner could enjoy all that new light flooding in.

Single storey wrap around extension completed for a fantastic local family…

The family home has been extended to include a gorgeous new kitchen/diner, downstairs loo and generous new entrance
hallway.

We demolished the old kitchen to make way for a larger foot print…

Installed a full new drainage system.

Built up the new walls in matching brick to compliment the existing building.

Roof lights and french doors to allow the natural light to flood in.

Internal bifold with intergrated blinds fitted to allow the space to be opened up further.

A high gloss kitchen fitted with sparkly quartz for that wow factor.

LVT fitted throughout.

Downstairs loo with wall hung toilet and sink.

New boiler and complete heating overhaul including all new radiators

All new electrics throughout including outside lighting and fuse board.

Lovely job from start to finish. Very please with the end results.

Another fantastic installation by the team.

Summer house/workshop

We removed the old asbestos shed and had it safely disposed of.

We built the walls up in stock brick and concrete block

Ultra flex rubber roof was installed up top with VPI Monocouche render to the walls.

White aluminium bifold were fitted along with a composite door and window

New electrics were fitted throughout, including fuse board, electrical sockets and new lighting.

The summer house was fully insulated with Kingspan rigid insulation board on the walls and ceiling and then plastered out

An ACO drain was also fitted and connected into the main drain

A kitchen knock through completed for a lovely local family, the back of the house completely transformed turning 3 rooms into 1 large kitchen diner to give the family the living space they craved. We also vaulted the ceiling and fitted velux roof windows and enlarged the back window to flood the space with light, the back door was also repositioned and a lovely farmhouse style composite door was fitted. Finally a gorgeous new kitchen was installed with stunning quartz worktops. Customer is over the moon with it as are we.

Wow 🤩…. what a transformation on this local property completed by the team in less than 4 months. Absolutely delighted with how it’s turned out. Really proud of this one.

The place was in need of a bit of TLC to bring it back to life.

The roof was completely shot to pieces so a new roof was installed with red clay tile to match up with the original clay rosemarys

Beautiful new flush sash windows were fitted along with a set of bifold in french grey.

We split the bathroom off to create a master suite with ensuite bathroom and a separate main bathroom.

Internal walls were removed to give an open plan kitchen diner with new log burner installed and a stunning kitchen with gorgeous quartz worktops.

We created a separate utility/boot room at the back

A full new heating system with new boiler and all new pipe work was installed

Fully rewired throughout including new fuse board.

Loft insulated and boarded out for storage.

Plastered and decorated throughout

Render knocked off and re done in K-rend

Conservatory removed and a composite decking area put in its place along with glass balustrade.

It’s now an absolutely beautiful turn key home ready to be enjoyed for many years to come.
