The freezing temperatures are causing boilers to stop working.

The main cause is frozen condensator pipes

The resolution to that is quite simple.

If you can get to the external pipe coming from the boiler.

Boil the kettle and pour over the pipe. This will melt the frozen blockage. This will usually resolve the problem.

If not call a plumber or central heating engineer.
