I am a qualified Art Teacher, currently teaching full time and I teach art and craft skills through workshops to the general public. I'm sorry I have been away for a while, I've been busy having a baby and was suffering in the last few months of pregnancy while working full time from home, so haven't found any time to be very creative.

My baby is here though, another little girl which took me by surprise as I was convinced I was carrying a boy! I'm just enjoying time with my family while I recover and get used to having a tiny baby in the house again ❤️❤️❤️😊😍😚

Carrying on with the theme of birds (which I started before Covid-19 was even a thing!), I'm working on some mixed media hummingbirds using copyright free images as a reference. A mix of pens, pencils, water-soluble pencils and watercolour paints, which I'm hoping to exhibit in the next few months if I can find time to get more done. They're such beautiful tiny creatures 😍

My baby is turning 3 this week and I always like to make her something for her birthday. This year I have painted a personalised box for her art and craft stuff as she loves being creative as much as I do! Green is also her favourite colour. I now have the task of making a "red spiderman" cake which is she's been asking for the last few months 😅
