Lightening had struck Ariel on rooftop and traveled all the way into the lounge and blew a hole in the gas pipe and started a fire.
Luckily the homeowners arrived home 30 minutes before.

One of our customers reported a leak from the heating piperwork causing the wooden flooring to swell and some radiators getting no heat, on inspection we found the pipework in the loft space to be well undersized. We upgraded and renewed all pipework in the loft and installed new radiators with surface mounted piperwork as lifting the floor was not an option.
