Called to a flat with damage on the walls, upon investigation leak was found under the bath next door, the continuous small leak had been going for a while as you can see from the scale on the flexi hose.

We was asked to replace the existing bath, basin a pedistal for a new bath and vanity unit without the need to replace the tiles. There was no existing shower before hand and as we could not damage tiles we suggested a thermostatic bath shower mixer to get the best of both worlds It operates as a normal shower and also fills the bath, we also added a 4 fold by-fold bath screen to give extra space when the shower is not in use
