🌿🧹… This garden had become extremely overgrown and difficult to manage due to the homeowner’s health, leaving many areas inaccessible and unsafe. As this work was carried out for an elderly gentleman, our goal was not only to restore the garden’s appearance but also to create a safe, practical outdoor space where he could comfortably enjoy time with his grandchildren and allow them somewhere suitable to play.

✂️🌾… Extensive strimming works were carried out across the entire garden to tackle the dense overgrowth. Due to the height, thickness, and condition of the vegetation, several passes were required to gradually bring all areas under control and prepare the site for further maintenance.

🌳🍃… Overgrown shrubs were removed, established shrubs were carefully cut back, and trees were pruned where necessary to improve accessibility, tidy the overall appearance, and prevent further encroachment into usable garden areas.

🚜🌱… The lawn was cut and fully maintained throughout the project, with all grass cuttings lifted and removed. Owing to the exceptionally leggy and wet conditions, multiple passes were required using both the strimmer and mower to achieve a clean, even finish without causing damage to the grass.

🛤️🌿… Pathways that had become hidden beneath w**ds and vegetation were thoroughly cleared and exposed once again, improving both safety and ease of access throughout the property.

🧴🚫… W**d suppression treatment was carried out across all areas of the garden, including the front garden and perimeter boundaries. This will help reduce future w**d growth and support a more manageable, lower maintenance outdoor space moving forward.

🌿🪴… Another project completed for a valued returning client in Ayr. The aim was to add character and definition to a tired hedge line in the rear garden. We installed timber sleeper retainers and finished the area with Scottish beach pebbles, creating an attractive feature that complements the surrounding garden while providing a neat, low maintenance finish.

🚜🛠️… Ground preparation was carried out before installation. The area was fully cleared, levelled and prepared to create a stable foundation, ensuring a professional and long lasting result.

🌱📏… A double layer of high grade Terram membrane was installed throughout the border to provide excellent w**d suppression and help stabilise the ground beneath, reducing future maintenance and helping the decorative stone remain in place.

✂️🌳… We also cleared and tidied the rear hedge line, which had become overgrown over time. Cutting back the excess growth helped create a much cleaner appearance and allowed the new border to become a real feature within the garden.

🌱🏡… Another project completed for a valued client in North Ayrshire, where we were brought in to remove the existing front lawn and install fresh premium turf to give the garden a cleaner, healthier, and more well presented appearance.

🚜🪴… The existing lawn was carefully lifted and removed before the ground was properly prepared to ensure the best possible foundation for the new turf. Taking the time to prepare the area correctly is essential for achieving a long lasting, even finish and encouraging strong, healthy growth moving forward.

🌿💧… Fresh premium quality turf was then professionally laid throughout the front garden, with close attention paid to alignment, levels, and overall finish. The new lawn has instantly brightened the space and will continue to establish itself over the coming weeks with the correct aftercare and watering routine.

🚗🛢️… We recently completed a thorough clean of a heavily soiled mono block driveway for one of our valued clients in East Ayrshire. The surface had been affected by long standing engine oil stains, which had deeply penetrated the blocks and significantly impacted the overall appearance.

🧴🧽… Our first step involved applying a professional grade oil degreaser, carefully worked into the affected areas to break down the stubborn contamination. Given how long the oil had been present, this process required patience and precision to ensure the product could effectively lift the embedded residues from the surface.

💦🔧… Once the oil had been successfully treated, we carried out a full chemical cleansing across the entire driveway, followed by a controlled powerwash. This allowed us to remove any remaining residues, organic build up, and surface grime, leaving the blocks looking much fresher and more consistent throughout.

🧱✨… The end result was a significant improvement in both appearance and cleanliness, with the driveway brought back to a far more presentable condition. While older oil stains can be particularly challenging, the right approach and products can make a noticeable difference.

✨🏡… This was a full exterior tidy and clean carried out for a client whose property had been left untouched for years, requiring a thorough and methodical approach to bring everything back to a clean and presentable standard.

💦🚿… The driveway had not been cleaned in almost 20 years, with heavy lichen build up and organic growth embedded across the surface. A full chemical treatment was carried out to break this down, followed by a thorough power wash to lift and remove years of contamination, leaving a much cleaner and well presented finish.

🪨✨… The large sandstone paved area to the rear was carefully cleansed and power washed to restore its natural colour and character, with the correct approach used to protect the integrity of the stone while achieving a deep and even clean.

🧱🌿… An old, messy and previously unusable area just off the driveway was fully cleared and dug out. A quality membrane was installed to suppress future w**d growth before being finished with fresh decorative aggregate, creating a tidy and practical space.

🌱✂️… All lawns were attended to with cutting, strimming and clippings lifted, leaving a neat finish throughout. Borders and soil beds to the front and rear were cleared and dressed to improve the overall appearance of the garden.

🧪🧼… Continuing works on this larger project in South Ayrshire, we carried out a full chemical treatment and deep clean of an extensive sandstone patio and pathway network for a fantastic family. This phase was all about bringing the surfaces back to life and improving overall condition.

🌧️🪨… The sandstone had seen years of exposure to harsh weather conditions, resulting in heavy soiling and a noticeable loss of its natural colour. Dirt, algae, and general environmental build up had taken their toll across the entire area.

⚫🌿… Black spotting and lichen were widespread throughout, firmly rooted within the stone’s surface. These are particularly stubborn issues and require the correct approach to ensure they are properly treated rather than simply surface cleaned.

🧴✨… By applying a targeted chemical solution and allowing it the necessary dwell time, we were able to effectively treat and lift these contaminants while protecting the stone beneath.

🏡👌… The improvement is clear to see, with the patio and pathways now looking fresher, cleaner, and far more presentable a great step forward in this project.

Huge thanks to everyone who’s been in touch, it means a lot.

I’m all good, just a bit rattled, but nothing serious. For anyone wondering, I was robbed at a petrol station in North Ayrshire this morning.

Gave the police a call and they were spot on. They even got an ambulance out as my blood pressure had shot right up.

They asked if I could identify the culprit and I said,

“Yeah… pump number 4.”
