Won't lie these past months have been hard for many reasons that caused me to think hard about my job.
From the normal slowness after Christmas to doing work and having to go to small claims to get paid for the work and materials. From going out on weekends or after a long hard day to look at work . Getting the job only to be told 2 days before the start date that they've decided to go with someone else causing me to lose out on work and money. Money I need to look after my kids and keep a roof over our heads.
Me saying thats it I'm done was said out of frustration. I love my job sad as it maybe but it's true.
Going forward deposits for big jobs will be taken with a signed contract to cover everyone's back.

After 30yrs this July doing a job i love it have decided to finish the jobs already in the book and then shut up shop.
What the future holds i don't know but with all the stress and strains that come with being self employed I just can't do it anymore.
If I've done work for you then thank you for that work.
