As the air cools and the leaves begin to turn it feels like autumn has arrived. Dust off your outdoor coats and head off to explore the gardens opening for the National Garden Scheme here in Powys 🏴🍁🍂
Gardens currently open by arrangement are:
Llysdinam, Newbridge-on-Wye: Llysdinam Gardens are among the loveliest in mid Wales, covering some six acres, they command sweeping views down the Wye Valley. Adults £5, until 16 December
The Old Pottery, Llansantffraid: The garden has developed over the last few years. Plants abound with colour during most seasons. Perennials, flowering shrubs and much more. (12-20) Adults £6, until October
Plas Dinam, Llandinam: 12 acres of parkland, gardens, lawns and woodland set below rolling hills with spectacular views across the Severn Valley. (15+) Adults £5.50, until 27 November
We also have the wonderful Di**le Nurseries and gardens in Welshpool opening again for us on 11th & 12th October Adults £3.50 children free
An internationally acclaimed RHS partner Garden set in 4 1/2 acres. The Di**le Garden
Then the following weekend Gregynog Hall and Garden in Newtown Admission by donation.
A Grade 1 listed garden set within 750 acres of parkland.
