Lay-Z Gardening Gardening I specialise in garden planning and design, organic fruit and vegetable gardening, wildlife gardening, and garden maintenance.

I work on long term and short term projects according to clients' requirements. Over 8 years gardening experience. Gardening is my passion and i have been growing my own vegetables since i left school and have taken part in many national workshops. Combining my love of gardening together with my passion for natural farming and environmentally friendly products, Lay-Z gardening was born. All 'typic

al' garden jobs are undertaken. (Weeding, pruning, clearing)

I'm also experienced in sustainable living techniques and happy to advise on areas such as growing the right vegetables, improving wildlife and environmentally friendly activities which save you money. Despite being 80% booked for this summer already, the time has come to choose a new business name. Sensible suggestions are welcomed from all :D :D

Lay-Z Gardening no longer feels comfortable to say, hear or look at. As the first point of contact for my business going forward it needs to have more appeal.

A prized wooden planter will be given away free to the winning suggestion. A lesser prized wooden spoon will be sent out to the worst suggestion.......what have you got?

A prickly visitor!

Received this photo from the Martyn Burnside, the Manager at Red Gables today.
A lady found this hedgehog that was straying into the road outside, worried for it's safety she bought to the Red Gables building. It was released in the grounds at the Spinney gate and it soon strolled, quite happily, off into the undergrowth - lets hope it hangs around for a while.

Nice little tidy up today. Looking forward to adding colour to this in the next few weeks and also to getting a new came...
