Due to continued expansion we currently have vacancies for Landscape Operatives and Team Leaders.
Ideally candidates will have previous Landscaping experience and a valid CSCS.

Duties may include:
Turfing
Shrub, hedge and tree planting
Hard landscaping including slab and block work
Installation of land drainage systems
Grounds Maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting

Applicants will ideally need to have a full UK driving licence and the ability to get to and from our yard in Drayton, Stratford each day.
Working hours are 7am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri.
Progression opportunities will be available for the right candidates.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50 to £13.50 /hour dependant on experience

Ideally candidates will have previous Landscaping experience and a valid CSCS card although we have an industry leading training scheme, allowing us to welcome those with little to no experience but a desire to learn a new skill and get into the industry.
Shines Environmental Co Ltd is a large commercial Landscaping and Fencing company located just outside of Lichfield.
We work predominantly for house builder clients, local authorities, management agents and housing associations.
Duties may include:
Turfing
Shrub, hedge and tree planting
Hard landscaping including slab and block work
Installation of land drainage systems
Grounds Maintenance including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting
Applicants will ideally need to have a full UK driving licence and the ability to get to and from our yard in Drayton, Stratford each day.

• Mowing
• Strimming
• Weeding
• Herbicide application (if you hold PA1/ PA6)
• Ride on machinery work
• Hedge cutting / flailing
