Big flat roof fully stripped new facia bord all the way round. firrings added to have a 5m of 3inch to nothing fall to prevent puddling and determine that the water would flow to the internal downcome guttering system. once we have re border,rubber was stuck and trimmes where pinned very happy with the finished result 👌
