Time to spill the tea… ☕💛

We’re still buzzing from our first weekend in Lyme – the sun came out, the bagels flew, and the support was unreal. I’d set a rough target in my head, and it was tripled (I must be really bad at business 😂)

But behind the scenes? There’s a team of legends who made this whole thing happen – without them, this post just isn’t possible. 15/10, would recommend anyone from the list below:

👷‍♂️ Simon Ralls – the man, the myth, the one who made it all come together
🔨 Paul at Cornish Builders – total superstar, nothing was ever too much trouble, one of the best gents I’ve ever met
🧱 Calvin at Sid Valley Windows – building whizz, banter bringer, visionary (and windows weren’t even involved!)
📦 Phil & John at PackWest – packaging, equipment, total superstars and two of the best blokes in the world
💪 Chris – Calvin’s right-hand guy, nothing is too much, always smiling
🎨 Dom at Goldfinch Decorating – the brush behind the beauty
🚿 Graham & Son (G K Plumbers) – took my plumbing vision and made it reality
⚡ Julian (J H Electrical) – the reason the lights come on (and the coffee machine, and the boiler, and the grills, and the fridges 😂)
☕ Murray and Rich at Coffee SW – got our beauty of a machine in and running smooth as anything
🏡 Jeanne – our wonderful landlady, thank you for trusting us with this gorgeous space
🪧 Matt & Paul at Sign South West – gave us our glow-up whilst taking my mad thoughts and ideas and actually making them into something insane
♻️ Will at W James Waste – behind-the-scenes logistics hero who saved us not once, not twice, but THRICE

Not forgetting our amazing suppliers – Gavin, Emma, Sacha, Gary, Jess & Bob – the legends who keep us stocked and smiling. Just a wonderful group of people!

And of course, a huge shout out to all the new crew who thought we were cool enough to join 🫣 plus the epic people of Lyme who have welcomed us beyond our wildest expectations. We honestly can’t wait to become a little part of the community for everyone 🫶🏽

This has just recently been finished with the help from another local business - Ian from Mortimore Builders.

The customer had requested these porcelain slabs to replace the old concrete ones for her sun terrace.
Re-pointing of the walls are yet to be completed.
