Better late than never. Been terrible at posting photos over the last year. Here’s a garage conversion done last year and we (me) took care of the plumbing.

Some more pictures of the plant room at the last job. Super happy with how it turned out. Might take a bit of time mitreing the insulation but it’s really makes it look nicer.

What a transformation to this en-suite. A lot of work went into this one.

Firstly .bbuildingservices moved the stud wall for us and took down the archway to really open the room up.

We were then able to run all our pipes to the new locations.

NL drains came in and managed to upgrade the 3” soil pipe to a 4” soil pipe which then allowed us to get rid of the old toilet macerator and connect a toilet directly to 4” drain pipe.

The room was then fully plastered and tiled.

Then we came in and second fixed the bathroom.

After that a decorator added the finishing touches and that amazing wall paper.

Emergency boiler change done last week while it was -6. Went pretty smoothly other than my wife giving birth the day I was suppose to start the job.

What a transformation on this en-suite. Stripped it all the way back to make sure it’s done right. So impressed with how it turned out. Shout out as always and for supplying the bathroom.

What a transformation to this downstairs shower room.

We had to strip it back to the bones, cut walls out and then put it back together.

A lot of time involved In this but the end product makes it so worth it.

absolutely smashing the tiling as per.

A lot more the just the usual plumbing skills involved in this one.
