Customer called us out due to an intermittent EA fault on their boiler.
We carried out a full boiler service, including a deep clean of the heat exchanger, supplied and fitted new ignition electrodes, cleaned the condensate trap, and completed a flue gas analysis to ensure the boiler is burning safely and efficiently. For added peace of mind, we also supplied and fitted a carbon monoxide alarm.
The customer has now been added to our service reminder system, meaning they’ll automatically receive a reminder each year when their annual boiler service is due.

It’s great to see the shop starting to come together now.

What was an empty unit a few weeks ago is slowly turning into the new home of RCB Plumbing Ltd.
