agreements have all been sorted and the new workshop will be up and running within 4-6 weeks 🙌🏼 with the workshop we can offer laminated wardrobe like sharps and Hammonds but no where near their ridiculous prices.

Its had its challenging times trying to square the walls out and lining the rafters in this listed building but It’s been a pleasure restoring this room into a games room in Sutton Coldfield !… no holding back !… full super quilt insulation with damp membrane on battens, 30 minutes fire rated garage ceiling under the games room, window repairs with new cheeks and trims, new hardware on all windows,floor sanded and re coated, media wall for T.V and storage, 7” oge skirting and a full decoration from top to bottom.

The bar I’ll be going in over the coming weeks.
