Been another busy couple of weeks at our large project in east grinstead. 130 metres of new drainage system being installed, new proposed patio areas being prepared, dug out, ready for MOT. We have the fibre and power cables laid in a 150 metre trench up to the new gate entry. On one side of the house a large 12 unit soak away has been completed. 100 metres of land drain being dug, installed ready to pick up the new rain water catchment on the other side. The digger has been busy !! 👷‍♂️ well done lads !! Also our new plant room has taken shape with the tanking team finishing the membrane system, let’s get the screed down!

Our project over in Sussex is well underway. The boys have been working hard stripping out the entire house, all the old bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of structural work going on to achieve a large open plan kitchen, underpinning, steel work, it’s been tough!! Openings being made for new doors, windows. This is a small percentage of what is actually being achieved at this project. So much work going on, tanking to basements to form a new plant room, full new drainage system, full new central heating system, full electrical rewire, fire/Alram systems, 400 sqm of paving and landscaping, full new roof works involving re pointing of chimney stacks the list goes on. I can’t wait to see the outcome of this project. 👍

Worcester Park job finally coming to an end, carpets come Wednesday then complete. Decorators have been in there last few weeks making it come together. We did have some delays on this job with the windows and piling at the start but we got there. All built to the customers design a complete refurb internally and large wrap around side extension. With new kitchen, utility room and large pantry including two new bathrooms and downstairs wc. On to the next project. 👷🔨🪚

Been a busy few weeks after the piling foundations got completed. Shell is up, roof is on and tiled, 1st fix plumbing and electrics all in. Internal floors down and screeded, starting to finish carpentry up stairs. The boys were in today plastering ground floor, not long and we can hand this project back to our customers. 🧱👷🔨

Bosch! Managed to get everything in this kitchen that the customer was after. Integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and washing machine…., even a little breakfast bar. Howdens kitchen fitted just before Xmas….marine blue Elmbridge range finished with 20mm marble effect quartz. Floor was an oak style herringbone which we continued out into the hallway. Thanks to .electrical.surrey and for your help on this.

Very excited to be working on this upcoming project and given the opportunity too. There will be 3 phase’s to this one. Phase 1 knock through to make kitchen bigger, some new windows and doors. New bathrooms, new kitchen. Full new central heating system, full new electrics. Restoring all the timber beams throughout property and a full re dec. External walls and garden patios to be design and installed as well. Phase 2 turning the old annex and stables into 3 en-suite bedrooms for guests, home gym and bar area. Phase 3 outdoor swimming pool with kitchen and dining area. We have started some minor rip outs internally whilst the clients are just finalising the architects drawings and proposed plans then we can start fully!! looking forward to this one 🫡

Been a busy few weeks at K J Carpentry, double chimney breast taken out throughout the house. Small box frame steel installed and casted. All the pilling is in, each pile 10meters deep. Ready for the mesh and reinforcement sections to be completed and an over site of 250mm of concrete. Should be starting the extension brickwork soon. 👷👷‍♀️🦺
