6pm Sunday finish to get this one over the line. Unfortunately we had to fit a temporary screen as the custom made stable door enclosure was damaged in transit so as soon as that arrives we will be back to fit it.
We are now booking bathrooms and boiler replacements into August onwards I can honestly say I can’t remember ever booking this far in advance before. Tomorrow morning we start all over again in the next one with 10 more to go taking us in to August we still have availability for the usual boiler services and general plumbing issues as we are offering late evening appointments to try and accommodate our existing customers as always.

Three weeks of very hard work has resulted in one very special bathroom. Lots of planning and discussions with the clients have helped this bathroom evolve along the way. Lots of ambient lighting has lifted the room to top tier. The customer has a few additional items being produced by a local bespoke joiner to complete the shelving areas these will be fitted over the next few weeks.
Over the years we have improved our process and now attempting to achieve professional tile alignment with appliances centers. Grout line placements and minimal cuts around niches etc are not always possible but something I believe are very important in a project of this scale. It’s great to give customers exactly what they want especially when they are as nice and trusting as these clients.
This is one of our best for sure can we beat it this year ? If you want to set us that challenge feel free to message to start the process.

I can’t remember a busier January in my last 20 plus years of working with working late and saturday / sundays and only one day off due to snow since returning after Christmas.
I’m way behind on quotations and apologies to anyone waiting to book in I will get on top of things as soon as I get chance. Believe it or not this is the beginning of something that will be truly special. Check back next week for an update.

Happy new year 2025 was certainly a hectic one especially during the month of December with lots of late appointments and weekends spent working keeping me away from the three people who all the hard work is actually for. Without Amy picking up the home life responsibilities the business certainly wouldn’t be able to achieve what it does.
We officially start back on Monday the 5th with the first two weeks being spent servicing and installing new boilers shortly followed by a very large bathroom installation taking us into February.
In 2026 we aim to keep improving and learning.
