A major milestone reached on our Woodhall Spa development.

The existing render has been completely removed from the original property and replaced with a new external render system, giving the building a fresh, modern appearance while providing long-term protection from the elements.

With the external works now complete, we’re moving inside and preparing for the next phase of the project. Internal works commence this week, starting with floor preparation ahead of the installation of the new underfloor heating and screed.

We’re looking forward to sharing further progress as this transformation continues.

Another plot completed by the team last week ✅

We’ve now finished plasterboarding this new build property in Welton, and it’s ready for plastering this week 💪

The garage for plot 1 has also been completed over the weekend with the rendering and looks 👌
