Have been meaning to show some photos of this bathroom for a while! Although it’s a small space we have tried to make it as luxurious as possible with underfloor heating for the colder mornings, sensor lights for subtle night lights and a mitred tiled niche. The first bathroom we have done using festfloor pastel rose micro cement for the ceiling and walls which has brought a warmth to the room. Custom made furniture and oak doors and shelves have finished the space off. crosswater_uk for all the shower and basin fittings.

A Viessmann 100-W system boiler completed today. Plumbed as a 4 pipe system to give priority hot water. A Spirotech UK low loss header, DAB Pumps UK circulation pump and room thermostats, cylinder thermostat and 2-port valves complete the setup. The customer is really happy with the straight forward controls, weather compensated heating and because we kept everything compactly installed so they could complete their plans for the utility room in the rest of the space. All parts supplied by Plumbase Tavistock. Massive shout out to Tim Parker for the push to switch this one over.

Really happy with how this install went. I knew it would be tight but managed to squeeze it in.
This set up should be really efficient. Worcester 4000 series 15kW system boiler set up with the integral divert valve kit to give priority hot water. Heating output is range rated down to 8.5kW, external temperature sensor has been fitted and the new heating system has been sized to run at 50 degree flow temperatures to give the best efficiency.

Really happy with this hot water cylinder swap and heating upgrade completed for this week. Full conversion to a sealed heating system with the house separated into 3 separate zones with app control from Plenty of isolation valves to allow easy servicing in the future.

Competed a conversion this week from a tired vented heating and hot water system to a new Logic Max combination boiler complete with 10 year warranty. A fair amount of work went into this- new gas run, old square flue blocked up and rendered back in, header tanks removed. Big thank you to for the help on this one.

On this project we have re-routed the boiler pipes to a new under stairs cupboard and zoned the heating to give 3 underfloor zones and a radiator zone. Laying the underfloor pipe in a breathable lime screed system was different though.

Completed a new unvented hot water cylinder upgrade this week after the customer discovered squirrel carcasses in the existing header tank. New boiler and heating pipework routed to the new cylinder location and the heating system upgraded to a sealed system. Thanks to Lee Roper for the help.
