A lovely little extension with a BIG impact just completed in Nunthorpe 🤩

High ceilings and big windows were must-have features of this one to really allow for the new sitting room to encompass a light and roomy atmosphere! We opted for an electric velux roof window, letting in as much natural light as possible and keeping it easy to operate ☀️

The garden has also been completely landscaped by the team, with a stunning new Indian sandstone patio and lush lawn. 🌱

We thoroughly loved working on this one and are really happy with the outcome!

Transformation complete! We've turned a mismatched, uneven patio into a stunning, low-maintenance garden retreat. New fence, re-levelled lawn and some fantastic neon flex picture frame lighting all come together to create a warm ambiance.

Here’s a job we’ve done recently that’s a bit different than our usual, nevertheless we completed it and made it safe.
So these brick pillars had started to crack and the cause wasn’t known for a while until we came propped the house up and removed them. The cause was water ingress to the rebar inside the pillar causing oxidisation and expanding cracking the brick work and weakening the structure. The remedy was remove, dig out new foundations 1 metre by 1 metre pads at 750mm deep with rebar mesh. Structural I beams with flanges welded on. We were unable to put brickwork back round them so had to use treated timber to create a frame which was then construction boarded and brick slipped, the result not only looks great and really tidy but will last forever. We really enjoyed this job are really happy we were able to make this structure safe again.

Take a look at this stunning extension we’ve recently finished in Marton. We started by removing an old, disused conservatory and transformed the space into something truly special.

Here’s a lovely extension we completed in summer last year, single storey kitchen and living space added to the side of this bungalow in Guisborough.
Traditionally cut roof with structural ridge beam hipped into the original bungalow roof with two electric velux roof windows.
Included in the works to this property was a new buff Indian sandstone patio with a small retaining wall, a new family bathroom and an en suite bathroom.

Been super busy lately with some fantastic projects! Here's one of them - we've built this massive garden workshop for our friend at .
We began by levelling the base using a pedestal system, which allowed us to preserve the existing uneven concrete slab underneath.
The workshop is fully insulated with PIR board under the floor and in the roof, and rock wool in the walls, making it perfect for year-round use. We're still getting familiar with the rubber roof system from , but it's an amazing product - everything you need is included!
Our customer sourced some patio doors locally, which we installed, and reused the old double glazing on either side. The workshop is fully clad in shiplap, ready for some external oil to seal it.
With multiple projects underway, our diary is filling up fast! Now's the perfect time to get a quote for your project starting January 2026.

We've just wrapped up a beautiful garden project in Guisborough! Porcelain from pairs perfectly with Marshall's charcoal tegula blocks. Artificial grass was the way to go for a low-maintenance space - we're thrilled with the result, and so are our amazing customers!
