One of my latest projects, transforming a tired and dated bathroom into something a bit more modern and accessible. The incoming mains water meter and stopcock are located next to the sink, so I needed to come up with a solution for hiding them, but still have easy access. .I opted to cut down a matching WC unit, which wasn't required in the end and alter it to suit.

My latest project completed, just in time for Christmas. Everything was removed, new downlighters to replace the old pendant fitting, all new bathroom furniture and tiled throughout.

And here's the previous one completed. I forgot to take before pics, as I was too eager to crack on with it! ☺️
Flooring and blinds were to be installed separately but everything else done by myself.
This had a corner bath where the shower is now and I tiled the whole room, before installing new sanitary ware.
Previously, all pipework was above the floorboards along the window wall, with boxing around the whole wall. I moved all pipework under the floorboards and gained about a foot of space in front of the window. New soil stack sections were also put in, to accommodate the toilet in a new position, away from the window.
A challenging, but highly satisfying project! 😃

It's been a while since I last posted, but all is well and I've been very busy helping my lovely customers with various projects big and small. Some latest builds at one property, include a 5m long courtyard flower bed, installation of both festoon, internal and security lighting, a chicken coop installation and in conjunction with Dave Clarke, a large decked area, complete with pergola, bench seating and fire pit.

That’s another busy week almost done! Had the pleasure of lighting up the new marquee and Courtyard at The Lamb, Edgmond (Great food, staff and selection of drinks!).
I’ve also installed a new handrail at a lovely property in Much Wenlock, prior to a new patio being laid by Gary at G.L Landscaping.

Latest job completed- repairing and painting all the barge boards and fascia boards on a property, emptying and cleaning the gutters and replacing missing mortar on the roof tile gable ends. Thanks to WM Scaffolding for the means of access!
