We are recruiting a Head of Sales.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and people-focused Head of Sales to lead and develop our sales function across both wholesale and retail channels.
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our sales team, develop customer relationships and drive future growth across our wholesale and retail business.
The successful candidate will have proven sales leadership experience, strong commercial awareness and excellent people skills. Experience within horticulture, agriculture or a related industry would be beneficial.

Looking for a small feature tree with interest throughout the season?
Acer pseudoplatanus ‘Brilliantissimum’, often known as the Shrimp-Leaved Acer, is a charming compact tree perfect for smaller gardens. Nala the dog approves!
In spring, its emerging leaves unfurl in beautiful shades of salmon-pink, peach and soft cream, creating a stunning display before maturing to green later in the season. It’s neat, rounded crown makes it an excellent choice for a lollipop-shaped specimen tree, bringing structure and colour without overwhelming the space.
As the season progresses, attractive pink-flushed samaras (or seeds) develop, hanging from the branches like tiny helicopters and adding further ornamental appeal.
Easy to grow, distinctive and full of character, ‘Brilliantissimum’ is a fantastic choice for gardens where space is at a premium but impact is still desired.
