It's been a particularly hard run into Christmas this year.
Physically I'm done in and I have accepted that I'm going to have to make a few changes.

I have just learned that a house I did some of the tiling in, will be on TV next year! On Location Location Location apparently

After 23 years as an estate agent, I finally get the call from Location Location Location 📺

Showed them a lovely home in Thatcham that isn’t even on the market yet, so if they buy it, what would I call that? (bit long though isn’t it 🤣)

Shower room renovation for the amazing D Leonard Carpentry. New ceiling, new walls, new wall tiles, new flooring, new shower tray and enclosure. Old loo, basin, shower & towel rail reused as there was nothing wrong with them!
They just need to put some lights in and paint the ceiling and skirting to complete the room now...
