A small job I squeezed in earlier in the week after a full day on site. A new electric oven for a repeat customer in Coity.
The customer phoned saying the oven was tripping the electrics. After visiting and testing, it was confirmed the heating element had gone. According to the customer the oven was around 15 - 20 years old so it was decided a new oven was the best option rather than spending money on a new element. The customer picked up a new oven from Currys and had a new fully functioning oven within 10 minutes of going back there 👌

Today was a day of waiting around at home for a broadband engineer so I used the time wisely and finally cracked on making a start on my new garage roof. Old roof down, new joists and a good start fitting the osb3 boards. Few more pieces to cut and fit and then can get the Firestone rubber roof installed before rendering externally and a new garage door.

A lovely garden boundary featheredge fence for a new customer in Gilfach Goch. Completed with 6 inch gravel boards on the bottom, featheredge fence boards and capped off with 4 x 1 top rail. 4x4 posts with chamfered post caps and double sided so the next door neighbour didn't have to see the rails of the fence in their garden 👌
More & more of my customers are from word of mouth so I really appreciate anybody who recommends me or shares my posts. It really does help being recommended by you guys so thank you very much 👏😄

A lovely new Tongue & Groove gate for a new customer in Tonyrefail.
The customer opted for a gatemate pro lock, which comes with 5 keys. Key operated from the front, slider bolt from the back.

Another featheredge fence completed for a great repeat customer in Pontypridd
The customer wanted to extend their driveway to accommodate up to 4 cars. After hiring a digger and digging out the required space, we went about fitting a new fence. The ground on the boundary of the property is holding a lot of water that runs down off the mountain behind the property so it was decided that traditional 4x4 wooden posts wouldn't be the best option to use. The customer settled on Galvanised Duraposts that have a life expectancy of 25/30 years compared to 15 years for wood.
Some hard digging but got the job done and looks lovely 👌

A nice bit of featheredge fencing and gate for a lovely new customer in Gilfach Goch.
The customer wanted a bit more privacy whilst in the garden but didn't want to feel fully enclosed hence the front fence being slightly lower than the main boundary fence.
With the added gate, the garden is now more secure for the customers lovely dog to enjoy 🐕

A nice little featheredge fence wall topper for a regular customer in Tonyrefail. The customer wanted to replace their original wall topper which had been fitted a long time ago and increase the height slightly to match the new fence I fitted last year. This gives a bit more privacy when they are on their decking. Straight after doing that, they asked me to change a ceiling light fitting in the living room and 2 X wall uplifting lights.

First day in Palmanova. Sun is shining, drinks are flowing. Tired after less than 3 hours sleep last night 😴 going to bed at 23:10 and getting up to leave for the airport at 02:00 wasn't the best idea I've had 😂 I'll be back next Monday and will pick up any messages when I'm back in the house. Some integrated appliances for a customer who had just had a lovely new kitchen fitted.
The kitchen fitters on this job got in touch with me and asked if I could help them out and fit a 50/50 integrated fridge freezer, a integrated washing machine and a integrated under counter fridge.
All appliances in, connected, plumbed up and tested 👌
Whilst there I was also asked to silicone up all base and wall unit panels. Lovely kitchen 😍

I know I posted this job a couple of days ago but when the customer sends me pictures after they have set the living room back up, it would be a shame not to show how beautiful this media wall, flooring and skirting boards turned out 😍
