Lounge, hallway, toilet and kitchen laminate flooring replaced with Polyflor Camaro Lvt colour Boathouse Oak. Old laminate uplifted and disposed, latex smoothing compound installed ready for the tiles. All supplied and installed while the customer was away on holiday 😎

Following on form the previous screed post, Karndean knight tile laid on a 45 degree with a one plank border and 5mm design strip to finish it off. Looks really smart and effective once completed. There are many styles and ranges to choose from with the Lvt products get in touch and I’ll be happy to help 👍

This kitchen refurb was a bit tricky as the floor levels were all over the place, one section was 40mm lower than the rest. That section was filled with a latex screed mixed with aggregate and then the rest of the area was latex screeded as normal, then a damp proof coat was applied to help cure the damp issues. Then another final coat of latex screed to finish off ready to be feathered and have Karndean tiles installed (final pictures to follow). This area was around 25m2 and would have usually used 6 - 8 units of latex, I used 30 units of latex to get this floor right! 👍
