Completed a full replacement fascia and soffit job this week in Northampton for a lovely client!

All the old wooden timber Fascais and soffits removed and replaced with a grained anthracite full replacement alternative with new black square guttering.

Last week we took on the mammoth task of ripping off and replacing this old felt roof at park street in Towcester, the building had multiple leaks and the Fascais and gutters were rotten and falling off.

We replaced the old roof with new 18mm OSB tongue and groove boards and 75mm rigid insulation, the parapet coping stones were removed as they were pourous and were soaking the front facing exterior wall blowing all the existing render. The roof was replaced using a one coat GRP fibreglass alternative.

Huge job completed on 7 blocks of flats last week in Kettering with a total of 549 metres of full replacement Fascais and soffits being fitted.

One of our biggest jobs to date and executed with timing and precision. 🔨🦺🪖

New EPDM rubber roof installed this week in Deanshanger in place of an old corrugated garage roof, new Fascias all round and black half round guttering.

So we were in Silverstone last week at the Slade swapping out this old tired timber cladding for a fresh new look in the way of some hardie plank….and a new EPDM rubber roof to replace the old felt.

Old mineral felt roof removed and reboarded and replaced with new EPDM rubber… customer was extremely satisfied after months of the old roof leaking.
