This must be up there with one of the prettiest sets of wardrobes that we’ve built. Had a really awkward joint yesterday that needed glueing and clamping. But due to the scribes and the finish there was no way of holding it or screwing it. Then I remembered several flooring videos that used this method and it worked a charm! Cheers Insta!

We love using these little type 2 connectors for attaching skirting boards in our kitchens where they may need to be removed for appliances or maintenance. Reduced Depth, floor to ceiling shaker style wardrobes. When we find ourselves in a position where a room doesn’t lend itself to a full depth wardrobe, we sometimes offer the solution of these pull out rails to still enable the wardrobe to be used for hanging space. So this was a really interesting project for us! Our clients have a beautiful living room and wanted us to create this lovely pair of alcove units for it. That was the easy part for us but what they wanted is to be able to just appreciate the room for what it is without having to stare at a turned off TV in one of the units all the time. So we were asked to come up with a way where the TV can be hidden away when it’s not in use but easily accessible when they do 🤔🤔. This is the solution… a 55” Oled TV on a telescopic tv mount that neatly tucks away into the cabinets below when not in use. This a really cool way of keeping the units looking absolutely amazing as the centrepieces for the room but with the push of a button turns it into a cosy living room when it’s time to settle down with a movie! And man.. doesn’t it look cool too…. A real showstopper piece of cabinetry and we absolutely loved building it. Get in touch with us to discuss some similar interesting projects
