Taking a bit of a detour from my usual woodwork, I decided to play around with some beautiful larch offcuts and designed these roe deer trophy plaques for a friend. The combination of charring, sanding, and waxing brings out the natural beauty of the wood. Might be a niche interest, but I'm excited to share these with like-minded folks.
