Transformed this inglenook into a true centrepiece!
I used real stone slips and lime mortar for pointing, blue lias Hearth came out from customer garden (dug up, cut to size and dressed the edge) chimney breast plastered with texture finish. Another very happy customer.

Heating season is approaching fast. We get loads of enquiries from September and it has been the same for 14 years. This job involved working around existing fireplace new slate heart was carefully cut and laid over existing one, rendering recess using white cement and lime for better appearance and flexibility, chimney lining with 904 grade stainless steel liner and Dik Guerts Ivar stove.
