This morning we were asked to prune a tree at Southend Magistrates Court. Although removing the lowest branches of this London Plane to improve parking/road access, was only a small job for us, it was a privilege to work at such a prestigious local site.

Today we had the pleasure of installing a 40m steel cable above a forest school at Lesnes Abbey woods. Connected via 2 trees it's going to hold a parachute that will be tethered to 12 oak posts that we have cut into 4m lengths. These trees were selected for removal to help regenerate the historical heathland on the site.

We are pleased to announce that we are now an SSIP approved contractor. Safearb is a new scheme that is recognised by UKAS.
UKAS is the National Accreditation Body for the United Kingdom. Appointed by the government, to assess and accredit organisations.
We chose to go further than the standard requirements, carrying out technical rigging work as part of the onsite assessment. The scheme helps us to ensure that we keep up-to-date with our safety requirements and staff training. Bronze is the highest level you can achieve on year one so we hope to improve on this next year

Today we have been working for the police in central London helping to improve their security coverage. It's not been a straight forward job as it's home to one of the anti terrorism units but after consulting with the estates team we have managed to get the work done in a manner that suits their needs and requirements.

Thanks for filming today's fell what you can't see is the building just out of shot We had been deliberating if it would fit in the garden for the last couple of days, while carrying safety work on multiple trees on behalf of a local authority in London at a hostel for refugees.

We had a busy day yesterday, helping out one of the largest tree companies in the UK (Gristwood and Toms) clear storm damaged trees for Bexley Council.

After a recent audit, we are proud to share that we have been approved and graded as silver by 3core2 Certification and are compliant with the requirements of TC2020 TREE CARE COMPLIANCE. This framework establishes best practice requirements for contractors providing a range of tree works in the urban environment. It covers health and safety, quality of service delivery, and sustainability, environmental and biosecurity protection. We were also inspected on the covid-19 practices we have in place to protect our customers, staff and the genral public. We always put these areas at the forefront of our business so it was wonderful to have this recognised through this insepction.
