Our team of fully qualified lads have made the best of a bad situation and everything back ship shape for our recent customer.

7 days from dig out to wall plate …. That’s a good team effort that is if I do say so myself 💪

Another boxed ticked ✅ 🏠

What a privilege to work on this old Denis ruabon red brick cottage, absolutely full of character on the inside and out.

Two large extensions to the side and rear with some even larger steel to completely open up the whole of downstairs, along side the full house renovation back to brick, this has kept us busy !

Full rip out ✅
All new plumbing and electrics ✅
Damp proofed ✅
Fully insulated ✅
Extensions ✅
3 bathroom / wet-rooms ✅
Flat roof balcony area ✅
Full new underfloor heating through out ✅
Glazed gable end ✅
Flat roof lantern ✅

The list goes on and on in this project ❗️ but what a pleasure it has been, big thank you to the customer for the opportunity, and we hope you love your new home 🏡

Somthing a little bit different this week while the sun has been shining, we have been making the most of it !☀️

Sand down, repair and re-treat of an oak framed extension for regular customers of ours.

It’s really breathed some life back into the timber frame and given the whole rear of the house a fresh look 🏠 ✨

And the lads are well on there way with the next project 💪 Single story rear extension really seems to be out bread and ...

Single story rear extension really seems to be out bread and butter over the years and we are only getting more efficient, more experienced, more cost efficient ❗️

Clearance ✅
Footings dug ✅
Building inspector passed ✅
Stone base crushed ✅
Concrete footing ✅

A bit of thinking going on for these step footings with a few different height, widths and angles going on ready for a new retaining wall over in Chester stage 1 of a bigger project coming up this year.
