The customer had been dealing with ongoing leaks at her property. After getting the plumber in to identify and resolve the issue, it was time to tackle the water-damaged plaster and where the plasterboard had been removed.

Flaked paint and damaged joint tape were scraped back, the affected areas were primed with pva, and fresh plasterboard was fitted in the hallway. All skimmed and feathered neatly into the existing.

A nice repair job completed and, most importantly, a very happy customer! 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼👍🏻

The customers had this wall knocked down to create more space in preparation for their new kitchen.

The exposed section of ceiling needed plasterboarding, we dot & dabbed the board on the left-hand side, bringing it flush with the existing plaster, and boarded the whole back wall.

Once the boards had set, everything was skimmed and blended into the existing surfaces, leaving it ready for the new kitchen to be fitted. 👍🏻

The customers wanted to transform their disused built-in bedroom cupboard into a practical wardrobe space and give it the TLC it deserved.

They got in touch, the area was also prone to cold spots and mould patches, so we stripped out the timbers, installed 27mm thermal plasterboard for added insulation, primed the ceiling and completed a full skim.
The result, a warmer, fresher, usable space and a happy customer 🤝🏻

Before, During & After 📷

Due to a blocked gutter, rain water was saturating the external wall at this property and penetrating through to the internal plaster of the bedroom. The roofers got that problem sorted then the inside was ready to repair 👍🏻

The damp affected wall hacked off full height, rendered with a waterproof & salt inhibitor additive, skimmed smooth the next day and also re-skimmed the heavily cracked window wall. Another happy customer 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
