Another big week on site and the team have absolutely delivered! 💪

With some long days and serious effort, we’ve made fantastic progress:
🔹 1200 tons of concrete successfully placed
🔹 Internal formwork removed
🔹 External ducting completed
🔹 Water mains installed and ready for connection in the coming weeks

It’s great to see everything coming together and moving forward at pace. Huge credit to the team for their hard work and commitment! 👏

Big progress this week 💪

All formwork is complete and every service is now in place, everything lined up perfectly and ready to go. The site is fully prepped for the big concrete pour first thing Monday morning 👌

It’s been a solid push to get here, and it’s great to see it all come together. Now it’s all about getting that slab down!

Great to see Virtus L & P Commercial Ltd is beginning site set up this week ahead of the start of construction of the new Coop store on Marham Park, Bury St Edmunds. Our planning department and councillors have been working behind the scenes on behalf of the community to help bring this forward.
