"That Letter"

If it's a letter from anyone, the council, NHS, or HMRC ever makes you read it three times before it makes sense, there is a much easier way.

Cover or blank out any personal details.

Copy and Paste it into ChatGPT (or any AI chat tool) and say:

"Please summarise this letter in plain English, in three short sentences. Tell me what it is, what it wants me to do, and by when."

Ask chat to clarify it and help you to reply to it and it will.

You will get answer's and help in ten seconds. It will not always be to perfection, but it will be a starting point, but on a day that's maybe not going the best, "That Letter" is more understood

5 Months to get time to myself. that's all it's taken.
The realisation of running a business, quoting and seeing jobs, late night paperwork be it materials, emails, pricing, giving staff clear and concise workflow details, and also trying to get jobs delivered professionally, on time and then have the task of submitting an invoice in the hope of getting paid promptly.

Sound famililar?

It took being honest with myself.
How long can i keep up with the chaos.
How many more late nights.
The big questions is the business making money, is it worth all the extra time and effort.

I stopped and thought for quite a few moments.
The answers were actually quite clear.

1. Don't change you
2. Believe in youself
3. It's actually ok to say NO
