Small job for the week. A bathroom. No need to remove tile grout, I can sort that. Time taken to prep, bond the walls flat, pladter the ceiling and walls, except where a shower unit is going. 1.5 days.

Another week of plastering. 2 bedroom walls where fitted wardrobes were removed. 1 ceiling plasterered over artex. Then removed a failed dot n dab wall that was falling off as the other plasterer didn't mixed the adhesive wrong and look at the dabs 🤣🤣
Then replastered 2 ceilings with curved edges because the other plasterer messed it up.

Round up of my week. First job to do a chimney with a huge crack in the plaster and under a bay window.
Then a small kitchen which needed lot of preparation before plastering. Walls need to be floated flat First then plastered and heavy artexed ceiling plastered. Then a small ceiling repair for one of my landlords.

Right, a quick round up of my working week before I take some time off. Lots of little jobs for landlords across West Yorkshire.
From replacing the guttering to the front of a house, cleaning out gutters on another, taking down a rotten fence and building a new one, sorting lots of small plastering repairs caused by tennets in multiple houses. Repairing a gate post and a small bit if repointing.

I no longer offer Rendering as a service.
Due to increased costs of materials. It is longer longer viable for me to offer this service as a lone worker.

This was the floor in the bungalow before I replaced it. So old floors up. Strengthen the old floor joists. Add new noggins treat all the timbers with wood preserver. Make sure everything was level and not bouncing, then fit all new P5 floor boards.
