Small job to start the week. Customer asked for a bedroom door to be hung on the opposite side of the door frame. All ironmongery removed and changed around to the other side. The existing hinge and lock positions have been repaired ready for painting and the hinges cut into the frame on the new side.

A return vist to a customer in wakefield. They had storage space in the house without doors on. I was asked if I could add some doors to the openings. All made form 12mm mdf and fitted on magnetic catches for ease of removal with black cupboard k***s added.

Staircase revamp. All plaster was cut away and old frame work removed. The existing handrail was too low so the newels were clad in pine and newels added to the landing. A wide moulded handrail fitted with matching base rail and stop chamfered spindles. Newels are chamfered to match and bespoke newel caps made to fit.

Recently fitted mdf alcove units. These were design from a photo the customer sent me. They requested moulded beading on the doors to match the photo.
