TM Racing Services TM Racing Services is owned by Tony Meeney and is a small family-run business in The Midlands.

We specialise in the restoration of vintage Japanese motocross bikes but we also supply parts and provide a repair service for all types of motorcycle. Tony Meeney is a fully-qualified Motorcycle Master Technician and one of the country's top Twinshock Motocross restorers.
