3 jobs completed in the same home! Here are some snaps of a main bathroom, ensuite and cloakroom we completed this week in Snowy Seaham. We supplied and fitted new suites, extractor fans, radiators, taps and a salamander ct50 shower pump which also required the installation of a new cold-water storage tank in the loft. All in all 3 full refurbishments. First full installation of the new year completed in Birtley. A full refurbishment including tiling (James Miller), electrical, plumbing and joinery work. This was a partial supply and fit as we provided all but the bath and tiles through our trade account with BetterBathrooms.com

Recently completed supply and fit Installation in Washington. This was a total refurbishment of a downstairs shower room which wasn't best using the space available. There was also an emphasis on the functionality of the room with grab rails and a shower seat fitted. Working with our customers we came up with this configuration which Includes a comfort height toilet, made to measure bathroom furniture, new thermostatic shower, 1600x900 shower tray and a full length (1600) glass screen. We also installed a new pvc ceiling, lights and fan and took care of all tiling and flooring.

Also attached are a few pictures of another recent install where we were asked to fit a shower seat and rails. With the modern and contemporary styles available now making your bathroom a safe usable space needn't mean lumps of garish plastic on the walls.

Something a bit out of the ordinary for us here. We were asked to complete a job started by another tradesmen. We were parachuted in towards the end of the first fix and took care of the plumbing and 2nd fix work in the main bathroom and the customer was so pleased we were asked to change the radiator and sanitary ware in the downstairs W/C. Its not something we'd normally relish but when we saw how things were left before us we felt compelled to help out. Tiling in the main bathroom was completed by James Miller.

Jan's bathroom in Shiny Row. This is a recently completed job we've done in Shiny Row. It was a full refurbishment which included reboarding just about every wall due to previous 'bodging' which had resulted in major damp problems. It was no great task for our team though as soon as the old rotted boards were removed and the room dehumidified we were ready to get cracking with this quirky and stylish install. All Plumbing, joinery, fitting and wall repairs were handled by us at MM and the James did the tiling. The suite was provided through our trade links with BetterBathrooms.com and the tiles were sourced locally through Tilesporcelain.co.uk

Full Installation of cloakroom/wetroom in Barmston. This room was actually a rather awkward sauna with ventilation problems when we first saw it. Now it's a downstairs cloakroom w/c including wetroom shower. The work included all Plumbing, joinery, tiling and electrical aspects of the job.

We are happy to supply and fit or just handle fitting.
