Finished last week was this exterior for excellent new customers in Fenwick Doncaster. A bit of tlc and plenty of filling was needed around all the windows and doors to get them to a good standard to paint, all windows and doors were protected and all fall pipes removed prior to painting to get the best overall finish and then on completion all pvc was washed down. The walls were finished in microseal masonry in ‘ivory stone’ with some flow and bond mixed in to help go over the porous areas of render, a mixture of exterior fillers were used along with repair express cement which is a great product to use. The customers were over the moon with the transformation with getting it ready to sell and was rewarded with 2 bottles of red wine which was a really kind gesture.
