✨ Another Stunning Patio Transformation! ✨

Our customer wanted a beautiful new patio using Sunset Buff Indian Sandstone, and what a difference it has made! 😍

We removed and disposed of all the old slabs, concrete bedding, and soil before preparing the area properly with type 1 hardcore base along with new aco drains against the house to drain all the rain water away. We then laid the new sandstone. The whole patio was then finished off with a deep grey sika to give it a clean, professional finish.

We think it looks absolutely beautiful, and the transformation speaks for itself! 👌

☀️ Who’s got that Friday feeling 👷🏼‍♂️

We certainly have at XBH Groundworks and Landscaping Ltd - Here’s a little timelapse for all of our valued followers of a garden transformation in time for this beautiful weather.

We started off by digging off the trees and bushes that were in and overgrown. Just a small 45 tonnes of soil to be removed 😉 before installing new soakaway crates which were added in for an aco drainage system to incorporate an existing surface water pipework network.

The boarder of the garden felt like it needed some height so we fitted treated sleepers for flower bed surrounds and filled with seasonal flowers and shrubs for low maintenance followed by some premium bark to top the soil.

For everyone asking the patio slabs are 600x900 himalayan white porcelain slabs with a buff grouting joint.

10 new fence panels and 40 square meters of turf needed before we added the decorative stone around the border to finish the garden off.

A really aesthetically pleasing project and a brilliant result!

Another spring/summer project wrapped up. This one needed something to compliment the anthracite windows and have a contemporary look to it so we went with the Global Stone 600x900 Indian sandstone slabs and the charcoal Sika jointing compound to get a close match to the colour of the windows and doors.

Two concrete pads laid one with the matching Indian sandstone slabbed boarder and edging.

A third area dug out and a nice natural bark laid in preparation for some new outdoor play equipment.

600x600 riven buff slabs laid on a crush and turam base to create a bright usable sitting area and patio.

Finished with grading into the existing turfed garden and bordered with treated railway sleepers to keep those crisp lines giving the garden a neat segregated finish.
