Challenge Annika my arse.. Ricardo's ya man.. what am absolute mess no thanks to the scrotes that broke in and ripped all the pipework out!! Think getting this saleable should be fun 🥳🙏 started on the pipework just to get water on and running for plastering.
Good job I still love graft even at 91 😛

Transforming a block paved patio area and some 10 bob slabs bodged on blobs of muck in Barry 😲 taking down crumbling single skin soft brickwork borders, digging out and stoning up before laying porcelain slabs on a FULL bed of mortar!! Taking out gravel from side of the house digging out 6" clay stoning up then laying cleaned up and recycled block pavers, finally fixing a new gate!! thanks to LBS Builders merchant's for recommending me to do the job 😎👍

Re- plastered 3 bedroom house in Barry.. and filling of holes in wall after electrician had re-wired 👍

A property in Barry from an hole in the ground to a swimming pool.. a dream come true for the owner who had footings dug out for a number of year's but couldn't find anyone to take job on!! A lot of wheel barrowing and mixing concrete, mortar and render.. retaining/security wall at end of garden with ornamental blockwork above ground 😎

took out old bathroom, replastered walls, new bathroom with toilet, all new pipework and laminate flooring and new paintwork

4 internal burst pipes due to not being lagged bringing ceiling down and lifting parquet/laminate floor and other damage.. pipes fixed and lagged new ceiling plastered and downlights refitted, tiles affixed new flooring and skirting throughout painted and decorated
