Moore Crest Insulations is a growing branch of Moore Crest Builders, specialising in energy-saving loft insulation solutions using SuperFoil insulation systems. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Insulation Installer to join our team on a self-employed basis.

Role Details

Installing SuperFoil insulation to loft rafters and pitched roofs.

Preparing and tidying up domestic sites.

Working independently (lone working) on certain jobs.

This is not a full-time position – work will be offered as and when jobs come in.

Requirements

Self-employed and able to invoice for work.

Must have own transport (travel between sites required).

Ideally some experience in insulation, roofing, or general construction.

Comfortable with lone working and managing your own workload.

Physically fit and able to work in loft spaces.

Reliable, punctual, and professional with customers.

Role Overview

•
Attend 5–6 pre-qualified leads per week provided directly by Moore Crest Insulation.

•
Visit clients’ homes, assess their lofts for issues such as damp and mould, and recommend suitable insulation solutions.

•
Advise customers on the benefits of SuperFoil Insulation and close sales.

What We’re Looking For

•
Proven experience in insulation sales, home improvement sales, or a similar field.

•
Strong people skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

•
Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

•
Based in or near Southampton/Portsmouth with a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
