In this property in bitterne park RJG are carrying out a complete plumbing re run for another local building company including a bathroom, cloakroom, remove existing cast iron soil stack and replace with a pvc stack, a new heating system and 10 radiators, we are 3 days in on this one and hope to be completing our first fix soon

Heres some progress shots from the garage conversion and adaptation wetroom we started in chartwell green just 2 weeks and 3 days ago. The lads have worked seamlessly together to be able to bring the project so far forward in so little time to be able to create a usable space for the client as soon as possible. Carpets are going down on Monday so keep your eyes peeled for the finished photos. We were not the best at keeping up with our socials before but since the workload has increased we are unable to find the time at all, so with that in mind we have now decided to have somebody manage it for us so expect to see a lot more of our work in the future.

Another one over the line. 3rd bathroom completed at this property in netley, just one more to 2nd fix next week and the whole property will be completey renovated to a very high standard!!
