There’s a saying measure twice cut once this was not adhered to and the flue was cut to short enabling the condense to leak out and dissolve the the aluminium flue and leaking int the boiler and rusting it this is because the condense is as corrosive as vinegar
The boiler had to be replaced. It was only 4 years old
The MAN who fitted it has since died and gone to the the large plumbers merchants in the sky

Last night was the coldest night in the UK this Winter. Temperatures as low as -12 so we will be expecting a few people having frozen pipes this morning and with colder weather forecast and potential snow we advise customers to check their pipes, boilers and heating.
