Bathroom refurb. Existing units replaced with new but with much more storage space. Heated & illuminated mirror, radiator replaced with towel radiator, raised shower dropped down to floor level & larger tray fitted, wall built out to house built in twin outlet shower valve, back to wall pan with concealed cistern replacing close coupled pan & cistern, new soil stack & waste pipes, shower boards to shower area & above worktops, walls & floors tiled, replacement extractor fan, finished with down lights to replace the single pendant.

30Kw Ideal Logic Max Combi complete with 10 year warranty, system filter & wireless controls, replacing a 10 year old Worcester 29CDi. Two radiators also changed for larger ones, to give off more heat. As much of the existing pipework as possible retained.

Emergency boiler swap squeezed in at short notice. 15 year old Viessmann Combi “popped” & emptied the contents of itself all over the kitchen worktop & floor! Beyond economical repair, after a system clean, it was swapped for a 30Kw Ideal Logic Max Combi complete with 10 year warranty, system filter & Smart Ideal Halo controls. Boiler was kept in the same location & retaining as much of the existing pipework as possible. Installed, commissioned & registered with Gas Safe in just over a day, after the old one went “pop”. Rapid delivery from in Leeds too

New bathroom suite. Walk in bath removed & replaced with walk in shower tray with a fixed glass panel & folding “flipper” panel to aid access & lengthen glass panel. Close coupled toilet, basin, pedestal & white radiator removed. Replaced with back to wall toilet, concealed cistern, semi-countertop basin & modular furniture to hide surface mounted pipework due to concrete floors, whilst also gaining storage & a neater finish. Diverter bar shower replacing electric power shower. Chrome towel radiator & valves. New tiles throughout. Just the electrician to second fix the wireless toothbrush holder/charger & the illuminated, heated mirror.

The 2nd of 2 boiler installs this week & the 2nd Ideal Logic Max 30Kw Combi. Installed as part of an emergency boiler swap due to the insurance company condemning the existing boiler in this private rental property. Tenant had no hot water or heating but does now & the landlord has peace of mind with a 10 year warranty. Ideal Halo Lite RF controls fitted with boiler.

A new gas hob, kitchen sink & lounge radiator which was also moved to a new location. Existing boiler moved to the opposite end of the house into a unit with removable front for service & maintenance of boiler. Heating controls upgraded to smart controls.

Vokera Mynute replaced with an Ideal Logic Max 35Kw Combi complete with 10 year warranty, system filter & Ideal Halo Smart controls. Boiler lowered slightly to be hidden by new kitchen unit being formed around it once plastered.
