It is vital to have your gas boiler serviced annually as per the manufacturer literature to ensure it is safe for operation, and also to keep it working at its highest possible level of efficiency. This Worcester appliance is in great condition, having been serviced every year since install.

Our highly skilled team of engineers will happily service and repair any make and model of gas boiler.

A repeat customer contacted us at 11pm last night in a slight panic, to inform us that her Worcester appliance began leaking, we informed her to isolate her stop tap and that we would attend early next morning. Upon inspection it was found to be from the left hand Hydraulic Manifold, a very common fault.

We attended this morning and replaced the damaged component with a genuine Worcester replacement.

This Worcester product is hitting the age where the plastic hydraulic components start fail.

This particular boiler started leaking from the right side, a very common fault.

If left for any length of time this leak can damage the diverter motor, which sits directly beneath.

We supplied and installed a genuine flow turbine adapter and cured the leak.

This Vaillant boiler was showing a F27 fault and would not complete the start up sequence.

Our engineers called out and following some diagnostic testing, found the PCB to be defective, we then supplied and installed the replacement part and once it was coded in, the appliance is fully functional again.

The customer is ecstatic to have their trusty appliance back up and running perfectly once again. This is an older appliance, but still has life left in it yet.

A blast from the past, this old Worcester combi boiler was failing to provide satisfactory temperature domestic hot water.

The customer was planning an extension to their property, which included relocation of the boiler in the summer, and therefore requested we repair this classic appliance in the meantime.

We installed the customer sourced replacement hydraulic assembly, it was quite a task! However, our expert engineers (each of which have 15 years plus in our industry) managed to complete this repair in great time with no leaks.

An extremely happy customer who had not experienced adequate hot water for a very long time.

We will always attempt to save our customers money, this means we do our best to repair your existing appliance whilst it is still deemed economical to do so.

We managed to revive this Alpha boiler with a strip and clean of the PRV, re-pressurisation of the expansion vessel and a replacement overheat thermostat.

The customer was thrilled to have her heating back on, and although an older appliance, this Alpha product still has more work left in it.

Our skilled team of gas engineers can easily diagnose and repair all makes and models of gas boilers.

This Worcester had been "serviced" annually by another local company

We attended this appliance as a boiler break down, the condensate trap was completely blocked, the heat exchanger was also partially blocked, and the boiler was failing to ignite.

Upon further inspection we found that the bearing plate was damaged, the burner seal was compromised and the ignition and rectification probes were defective, preventing ignition completely.

These Worcester appliances must be serviced as per the manufacturer instructions annually to ensure safe operation.

This boiler was repaired in a single visit, leading to one very satisfied customer.

Annual servicing is vitally important to keep your gas boiler operating at its maximum efficiency and ensure it is safe for usage.

These particular Baxi group appliances are known to experience a "slipped" flue turret seal, which allows exhaust air to recirculate into the boiler cases, which leads to poor combustion and also leads to premature corrosion to cases and components inside the boiler.

We managed to repair this mixing flue successfully during this visit.

Today, we have been completing a powerflush on a system in the Kenton area.

This is what happens when an installer fails to flush a system correctly or treat the system water with a suitable means of protection

This 10 year old Baxi combi boiler was suffering from circulation faults, which included boiler cycling, poor heating performance and extremely poor hot water delivery.

We recommended that the most suitable solution for the customer was to install a magnetic system filter, and powerflush their heating system.

We also completed a full strip down service, replaced the diverter cartridge, auto air vent, fill loop and removed and cleaned the internal gauze filter in the boiler return valve, which was completely blocked with system sludge. We also removed and thoroughly cleaned the plate heat exchanger.

Finally, we recalibrated the gas valve to within manufacturer tolerance for optimum efficiency and performance.

The boiler is now fully functional, and running as good as the day it was installed.

We service and repair all types of gas boilers.

This Baxi 80e was due a service, the burner door seals were replaced as they were dried out and brittle.

The appliance was given a full strip and clean and visual inspection, then the burner pressures were set back to manufacturers tolerances.

Although an older appliance, the Baxi 80e is still a great boiler to work on, and incredibly reliable . This one is in good health, and ready for winter.
