"Absolutely fantastic company! Arranged a service for my boiler with them and the lady in the office was SO helpful! Can't fault her one bit. Phil came out to do the service and found the filter and another big component were faulty. Advised me to get in touch with Worcester for the big component, which I did, and they sent a new part as was within the manufacturing Warranty. Called back to the office and the lovely lady arranged for Phil to come back and fit the part and a new filter too. Job was done well within the recommended time, he was super professional, super friendly and answered all the annoying questions I asked constantly!
