As a long-standing member of the South West London community, BTL Property have a comprehensive knowledge of building within the area, and can help our customers from the pre-planning stage through to the completion of their project. If you already have a design or planning permission in place, our build department will be happy to work with you or your Architect throughout the construction proces

s. However, we also have an architectural design department in house who can design your home, help you get through planning and then the build team can transform your house. Our quotes are free, detailed and transparent, we try to get them to you within a week of visiting your property. Each project will be led by one of our project managers who will work closely with our site manager, foreman or any specialist sub contractors required. Services Provided

Our Story

BTL Property is a South West London based property company that offers a complete service, either to ‘design and build’, or to work with Architects and Interior designers that you have already appointed. Our skilled team specialise in basements, extensions, loft conversions and full house refurbishments. The Company was founded in 2002 and since then we have worked on hundreds of projects and have established ourselves as one of South West London’s leading builders. At BTL Property we pride ourselves on providing a professional and personal service at a fair price. All projects are led by one of our Project Managers and every project has a Site Manager and Foreman to ensure the build is completed on time and to budget. All of the work we carry out is fully insured and guaranteed for six years. We are also proud members of the Federation of Master Builders and are approved Delta Membrane registered installers.
